Pros: The location is AMAZING! We were in town for a wedding near the Arnoff Center and were able to easily run between the venues thanks to the street car.

Cons: The stairs are a workout, but the reward at the top is worth it.

Cons: Thermostat issues. Facilities person quickly replied to work on fixing. Stairs to unit could be difficult for some. The description mentioned the stairs which was appreciated

Perfect location!

Pros: Location! Location! Location! Perfect location in the center of OTR. Walking distance to so many attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The apartment is beautiful. The photos are accurate!

Cons: I initially had trouble getting in using the electronic code they’ll email you (it was my fault, put it in exactly how they type it. Don’t add an asterisk or pound sign). I tried calling the provided support number but I got “this call cannot be completed as dialed” (yes, I did check to make sure i dialed it correctly). Lots of street noise at night but that’s the trade off for being in the middle of all the action. But I would’ve liked to have been aware of that in a review so I’m disclosing that fact so others know. This sounds petty but there was only two half rolls of toilet paper left in the apartment. Four adults on a long weekend enjoying lots of vacation dining and drinking almost didn’t make it LOL.
