It was comfortable and the staff was great, and I look forward to going back within the coming week.

Pros: I was there for surgery nearby that was canceled and it will be rescheduled for either Monday, Dec. 15 or Wednesday, Dec. 17, so I will be back soon. Winter at the front desk was warm and welcoming with a great smile. I discovered that I had left my AirPods. I called when I got home and reached Natalya, who was extraordinarily helpful. She found the case and one pod. We are going to look for the other pod together when I come back. I was able to have a tasty and nutritious breakfast in the lobby.

It was a very nice place to stay and in a convenient location.

Pros: The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable, friendly staff.

Cons: We did find a hair in the tub but other than that the room was very clean!

Pros: The breakfast was okay, but there are other options nearby. The staff was great, so kind and helpful. The bed had a comfortable mattress, and it was a quiet room.

Cons: As I said, the breakfast didn't have too many options, so I practically ate the same thing the whole week.

We have stayed at this hotel every time we go to Columbus, even if it’s far from our festival venue.

Pros: Staff was easy to talk to and fulfilled requests, accommodated room location request + no bother requests as we went to bed at almost sunrise for 4 days. Blackout window covers are simple but amazing addition to the room. Comfy beds and nice spacious rooms.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. It was located near a ton of stuff like coffee shops, gas stations, there was even a car wash and oil change place basically in the parking lot.

Cons: The biggest problem was that the closet door was also the bathroom door and it did not fully close even though you could lock it. No privacy in the bathroom at all which can be uncomfortable for some people.
