Our stay at your motel was made memorable because of the efforts of your office manager.

Pros: The office manager ‘Ray’ was simply outstanding, she anticipated our needs and she should be promoted to the General Manager’s position. This motel is kept very clean and it is in a great, safe location.

Cons: The quality of the food for breakfast is subpar. The $13 charge for the hot breakfast, is not competitive with competitors such as The Drury Inn. The Drury provides a better breakfast for free and they also provide a free late afternoon kickback. They do this for the same nightly rate as the Hilton Garden Inn.

Homey feel

Pros: Its the nicest hotel that I have stayed at in a long time. It was so nice and clean. My room had everything that I needed and it was so clean. It made me feel at home.

Cons: My bed was just a little hard but it was ok. I don't like how you have to pay for a breakfast that doesn't offer much. The cheaper hotels free breakfast is the same or better than was offered at this hotel.

I love this hotel!!!

Pros: The staff are AMAZING! The chef and Naomi at the front desk are the reason why I keep coming back to this hotel! They are the kindest people ever!

Cons: No streaming like Netflix or YouTube and the cable tv is limited to just a handful of channels.

Pros: Friendly staff upon entering the building and the hotel was very clean and even smelled clean.

Cons: There’s wasn’t free breakfast especially for the very large group of students we traveled with.

Highly recommended if you're out in north/northeast Cincinnati suburbs.

Pros: Very nice room and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and convenient.

Cons: Location was a little far from downtown.

Pros: Location was great. Breakfast was what you’d expect for a hotel breakfast.

Cons: Wish the beds were more comfortable. The bathrooms could have been more clean and would have appreciated clean up during our stay.

Close to Little Miami bike trail; clean & quiet room

Pros: Conveniently located near the Little Miami bike trail. The breakfast included with our rate had a hot offering of eggs and meat and a nice variety cold offerings too (oatmeal, toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices).

Cons: The swimming pool is too small for any swimming.
