I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Pros: Loved the staff facilities were exceptional very clean and organized

Cons: Having to leave

Pros: Extraordinarily clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. Would come back any time.

Clean and comfortable.

Pros: The location…it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons: The pool was not heated…too cold to enjoy.

Big,beautiful room

Pros: Big beautiful rooms. The bed was very comfy and the TV was nice and large. My dog was welcomed which made it comfortable. I love the lemon scented lotion and would like to know where to purchase. I booked last minute passing through and took a chance. Now I will look to book other locations.

Cons: The only complaint is the breakfast. I know it's free but I see why.😆

We were very happy with our stay at the Tru by Hilton in Milford, OH.

Pros: There was a good variety of healthy options for breakfast, including scrambled and boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt and fruit, as well as pancakes and bagels. The hotel was pretty new and had a modern, European vibe. The staff were friendly, and the lobby/breakfast area had lots of different options for sitting. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

Cons: We would never have found it without Google maps. It's at the end of the road in a mixed commercial area near the highway, It seemed isolated, although we did find a good restaurant at the other end of the area, so we didn't have to drive back into Milford for dinner.

Slept through the night

Pros: Very clean, comfortable, and modern. First time I slept through the night that I can remember. Breakfast was decent enough.

Pros: I reserved the mobility impaired room which offers handrails in the bathroom. It had a shower with a tub which is not quite handicap friendly so could not use it. The room also had no refrigerator as was stated in the room description. It was comfortable and clean.

Pros: Safe area for a solo female traveler, very friendly staff

Cons: Only good things

It was OK.

Pros: Pleasant. The noise from the expressway kept me awake. I was surprised that there were no movie services( Netflix, etc.) just streaming live programs.

First time here

Pros: Staff were nice. Liked the exercise room and the big lobby. Room was good size and bed was comfortable.

Cons: Had asked for mobility impaired room and got hearing impaired instead. No handrails in bathroom. Walk in shower floor was Slippery. Had to put towel on floor in shower. Needed a mat. Breakfast was pretty good but scrambled eggs were uneatable.
