SAFE, Clean and freindly with nice morning breakfast.

Pros: Upon check in, the lady at the counter was very nice, firendly and helpful. She checked us in quickly and told us about the hotel, breakfast times and directed us to our room. She provided us with extra soap, shampoo and lotion which was very helpful since we didn't need our room cleaned. The hotel was clean, safe and well lite, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again.

Cons: My only complaint was the bed was not comfy, the matttress was way too hard, there was no give in it at all. With having a bad back you need some give in the mattress. Also, the shower cutrain would not stay closed, it kept sliding open during each shower. Adding a mattress pad, a thick comfortable pad to add some extra support and also some give would helpl a lot. If that was done I definetly stay there again. We reallly enjoyed the hotel, the staff and how clean the entire hotel was.

Would have been great except for a few things.

Pros: I loved the location and friendliness of the front desk staff.

Cons: Upon checking in and going in the room, it was over 90 degrees in the room. The thermostat was set on 90. It was so hot that we had to turn on the AC with it being negative temps outside. The loudness of the housekeeping staff when in the hallway and next door made it impossible to sleep in. There were not many options on the breakfast bar. So I decided to just have cereal and milk. But the milk container would not pour out the milk. After unscrewing the top to pour it, the container’s rim was very dirty. The breakfast bar lacked a lot.

Good for my mental health.

Pros: They were nice & left me alone. I had lost my daughter and needed some time alone and to myself. I will stay again

Overall it was not a bad stay. Room was comfortable and clean.

Pros: It was a nice location and way to get to and get out of. Convent for our travel. Check out is 11 am which is very nice after being at a concert and not getting back until after 1am.

Cons: At 9:40 breakfast was pretty much gone and they didn’t seem to be restocking anything. Not a big deal we went and got food somewhere else to eat for the day.

Pros: Everything is always great. Breakfast was delicious.

It was ok

Pros: It was in a nice location. Parking was good. Breakfast was good. The room was fairly clean looking.

Cons: The room had a constant smell of stagnant water no matter what we sprayed and the shower head was broke/leaking. When you turn the shower on the showerhead was spray from all directions even getting on the wall.

Pros: I had a glitch with booking.com and the night manager went over and above to work that out with them. It was late when we got there but she was so patient and kind. Nice breakfast.

Pros: The room was very spacious. The room was very clean. It was very accommodating.

A fine stay!

Pros: Check-in and out was easy and quick. Our rooms were fine, no issues. Staff was nice. We only stayed one night and weren’t at the hotel much, but no complaints.

Cons: Shower could’ve been cleaner and the shower head seemed messed up.
