Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati-Milford

Pros: The suite room is well worth paying a few dollars more for, and if on a longer stay the kitchen facilities would be a real boon. Breakfast buffet very good.

Pros: The room was nice. Having a kitchen was great. The bed was lovely and cosy. Nice shower and thick towels.

Cons: Noisy air con. I asked the person at the desk for a small container of milk for my tea. She told me they had no milk on the premises. I said, surely people used milk on their cereal. She said, no, they didn't have any. Sure enough at breakfast, there was the milk. This is the only hotel I have been to on this trip where I have been refused milk (this was our 15th hotel). Mostly I didn't like that she lied to me.

Pros: Very fast and easy check in!! Rooms very clean, no complaints!

Great place for a family stay!

Pros: Check in was easy. The staff was friendly and the room was perfect for our family. We had plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. We used both the beds and the pull out sofa for our family which was very useful and comfortable.

Cons: The upstair neighbors were loud late at night, but that was not the hotel's fault. The elevators were a little shaky to ride on and jolted on each floor. Nothing else, the staff was great and very helpful.

Pros: Breakfast was good, could use some meats like bacon or sausage. Pancakes or waffles would be great. The accessibility to other locations was great.

Cons: Restocking the coffee when cleaning room

Pros: Absolutely loved the breakfast, the room was spacious, lobby and breakfast area was very clean and welcoming.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Suite was clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent!

We stayed for several weeks, it was like a small and efficient apartment. We would stay again

I needed a few things like bags, extra towels, sheets, and etc. and the staff was always helpful

Pros: It had everything my family needed. A great breakfast, pool, workout facility, a basketball court was a plus, and laundry facility.

Pros: The breakfast was exceptional, hot and cold choices how nice!! Easy checkin and out!!

Cons: That people were allowed to bring their dogs into the breakfast room, I almost got tripped by a leash, very dangerous and unsanitary.
