Best Western Lakewood Inn

We had an exceptional stay at the Best Western!

Pros: Breakfast was good! Service was exceptional! Lady running the dining room..was so friendly..helpful..went out of her way to assist you!

Cons: We didn't like the sink outside of the bathroom in our suite.

Overall a pleasant experience

Pros: This hotel was very easy to find. The gentlemen behind the front desk when I checked in/out were very friendly and helpful. I found the lap desk with cookies/mints absolutely adorable and very nice to use while in bed and watching TV, since the desk was next to the TV and not in front of it. I did not try the waffles or eggs, but the sausage was good, and I liked the individually wrapped options of bread and English muffins. The coffee was very good. I don't know if my stay was quite worth the $100+, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Cons: The pillows could have been firmer, and the bedspread was scratchy.

Nice convenient place to stay for a quick stopover.

Pros: Staff was friendly. Room was clean and large. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained.

Pros: It was clean, over priced, but I think it was because of the mopar nationals going on, they need to have a common courtesy for people coming in after 10 p.m To not be screaming and carrying on, being next to the stairs wasn't good, and people with small screaming children, after hours, and of course reving engines and burning rubber at 2.a.m smelling that wasn't good. But the staff were all nice, the young ladies who kept the food and coffee all full and hot, were pleasant. Hot tub,was warm,and pool was cold.was good not really complaining just,heads up.

Pros: Bathtub and jetted hot tub was nice. Tv was nice with lots of channels. Good view of the car area through the window. It also had a working microwave and a small good refrigerator enough for a couple 2 liters and some waters and some other stuff too.

Cons: Under staffed. Some hallways still had dirt left at the doors of rooms that still were being finished well past 9pm at night.

It was a comfortable stay and I enjoyed the place. It was safe and pleasant. I would return again.

Pros: The room was nice and had a king bed and spa hot tub and that's exactly what I wanted. I really liked the bag of cookies that was in the room, I didn't have to go get something to eat immediately because I had a snack. Thank you!

Pros: The pool and hot tub, cleanliness of the rooms and overall ambiance was exceptional. A gem of a hotel in rural Ohio.

Cons: The breakfast could have included more protein choices.

Pros: We had an issue with the heater and they took care of it immediately!

Great value clean motel for a reunion of friends.

Pros: Breakfast had all the usuals but the woman working the area was SO nice! good basic lodging at a good price.

Cons: Bed squeaky and a little hard.

Pros: Breakfast was good very courteous people working with the breakfast very kind and helpful. Front desk girl on Monday night super impressive she had everything ready for every guest waiting for us when we had in the door. She is an excellent worker. And so was the lady who did the food.

Cons: I don't really have anything to complain about. We were coming from Alexandria so it was a little bit far distance but that's not the hotel's fault LOL
