Brittney is dedicated to customer service. I want to come back to Newark and stay there again!

Pros: Brittney and Derek at the front desk were excellent! Their helpfulness and friendliness were above and beyond any hotel I’ve ever stayed - anywhere. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Rare gem in small town Ohio.

Cons: Would love to see a restaurant that matches the vibe of the area, and the hotel, better. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Just love the rooms and staff. Definitely returning with my grandson.

Pros: Great, but the staff here is amazing. Brittany checked us in and she made us feel like we were with family. I will keep returning due to way she made us feel so at home. Thanks DT NEWARK OHIO a topnotch place to stay.

In short a very good stay- my comments are nitpicking. The room had nice touches for conviences.

Pros: Breakfast was a good buffet. Would like to have creamer already on the table and not have to ask for it. Food was hot and tasty.

Cons: On dinner service one plate of appetizers was served hot and the other lukewarm. The chef needs to improve the dipping sauces for the appetizers. The cocoanut shrimp and the calamari

Very nice and pleasant stay

Pros: I love the hotel’s very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful, I love the warm cookies they offered us at the lobby whenever we were waiting for our uber to go out, it was a nice gesture. One time, they helped us to call back the delivery guy when we were late in collecting our delivery food at the lobby.
