Really perfect solution when you arrive in the airport and need to relax, good shuttle service to the airport

Pros: Perfect location near the airport, fantastic breakfast

Cosy Airport Hotel

Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff, free parking and a cosy room.

Cons: The rooms are a little dated and the AC is a little noisy but I still would stay here again.

It’s a good, all-round hotel, and will continue to re-book when I visit Cincinnati.

Pros: I stayed 4 times within a month, and I was happy on most fronts. Friendly and helpful staff; good bar (with two hours of Happy Hour), serving a decent burger that was better than I expected, too. Free coffee, which is a bonus. My children also loved the fountain and seating around it, as well as the pool and gym.

Cons: Just minor issues, really. The bathtubs weren’t always usable, which isn’t a big deal unless you want to lounge in the tub (which I like to do). The phones in all three rooms I had didn’t work, which again, isn’t a big deal, but meant I had to go down to reception rather than call from my room regarding questions I had. The gym could have been better stocked with equipment, but for a hotel gym, it was pretty good.

Pros: Location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful..

Cons: Room was a little dark

Pros: Super close to the airport and plenty of free parking space. This is just what we needed for our stay.

Pros: Close to the airport and just 15min by car to the city center. Room was very clean and the breakfast tasty!

Cons: Staff didn't give us much information during check in. We didn't know when breakfast will take place and he didn't give us any coupons for the free breakfast which was included in our booking.

It was a fairly pleasant stay

Pros: The bed was v big and comfortable. I like how the tables could nest together to save space especially when the sofa bed was opened. The long vanity top in the toilet gives ample space to put our toiletries, towels, clothes etc. The staff was helpful when I needed to book a shuttle during the wee hours in the morning for an early flight out.

Cons: -the coffee machine wasn't clean -when we asked for the sheets/pillows/blankets for the sofa bed, it took more than half hour to arrive. the reason given was there were many guests checking in - I can understand the difficulty and perhaps lack of manpower but to wait for half hour is extremely long. we had to wake up before the sun rises to catch a flight and i had wanted my girls to sleep early -we were short of one bath towel and when I booked the room, it was for 4 persons. coz we are staying for a very short period, i decided not to ask for another bath towel. -the shower curtains are too short - the bath water from the shower will leak unto the toilet floor even when the curtains were tucked into the tub. -we had quite a bit of luggage but no one asked if we need help with them. we might not need a porter to help but the staff can check if we need a trolley etc. this is one simple way to show care for the guests.

Pros: We didn’t stay for the breakfast. But really enjoyed our stay

Pros: Very quiet..Clean and comfortable,,, Friendly staff...Great location.

Cons: Hard to get a parking spot..Parking lot was full.

Short but sweet

Pros: Quality and content of breakfast was good and served well by Kim who coped admirably on her own.

Cons: Am surprised that management were unable to provide additional support for Kim who had to deal with all the guests on her own. She remained calm despite a very difficult Japanese guest giving her continual grief.
