Hampton court hotels consistently deliver good value for money, friendly staff and comfortable rooms

Pros: Good variety breakfast, plenty of options. Some issue with the internet however the receptionist went above and beyond and gave me temporary membership in an effort to assist. Eventually the remote IT help desk assisted.

Cons: I had difficulty getting in touch with the hotel for transport as I had returned a car. As a foreigner I didn't have data coverage.

Very satisfied. Loved their shower and AC system in the room.

Pros: Very clean. Very well maintained bathroom. The AC worked great!

Cons: They can improve the breakfast menu. The front desk people can be a bit more friendly.

Pros and Cons

Pros: The room was set up nicely with lots of hooks where needed and an exhaust fan that worked in the bathroom. We enjoy the convenient shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion ! Also, the coffee provided was very, very good.

Cons: The breakfast was horrible. The eggs nor the sausage had any flavor and appeared not to be 'real' eggs or sausage . Extremely disappointing. Also, dealing with locked bathrooms in the lobby was very inconvenient.
