Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hebron - Cincinnati Airport by IHG

Pros: Rooms were very clean and spacious. Our microwave didn't work, so they brought us up a new one right away.

Nice, clean and safe environment to stay the night or longer at a great price.

Pros: The breakfast was good, it was nice to have a warm food option. The eggs were not very hot but we're good. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful

Cons: The rooms were very clean and they smelled good. There were a couple cobwebs on the ceiling but this is not a big deal. The tub was well worn and mats were placed on the bottom as a temporary measure, when I talked to staff they said they are renovating the suits and all the tubs are being replaced.

Great Experience

Pros: Prime location - 3-5 mins away from CVG airport and 40 mins away from Noah's Ark. Many restaurants and a shopping area are also very close by. Room is a bit outdated however, it had all the amenities we needed and beds were super comfortable. Hotel provides airport shuttle and free breakfast. They also provide coffee and water throughout the day. Staff is welcoming and well- knowledgeable. Check in and out process was fast and easy. I recommend staying at this hotel to all guests.

Pros: Very clean and smelled fine. Some staff up front are very nice.

Cons: We got there super Earlier and check in was an issue in the beginning we slept in our car for 3 hours. After they said early check in was ok. So be extra careful.

It was a good stay for what I needed.

Pros: I liked the location. There needs to be some updates done a the hotel.

Cons: You could tell it was an older hotel. I few things were not working.

Pros: Todo. Muy buena ubicación (cerca del aeropuerto), muy limpio, bonito, todo arreglado y como nuevo, la habitacion comoda con camas confortables y todo el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable.

Cons: Todo estuvo muy bien, nada que señalar.

It’s a good place to stay.

Pros: It’s near where I needed to be. The property was still under renovation when I stayed. So there’s dust by the lobby. The rooms however, were cleaned and smells good.

Cons: Not enough parking space especially when I came back late.

It’s a comfortable place to stay

Pros: It’s close to where I’m going to. Easy access to most of the places I’m visiting.

It was very nice on our 2 night stay

Pros: We enjoyed the pool , whirlpool bath, big shower, hot water,and breakfast. The biscuits and gravy was so good

Cons: One of the curtains had been ripped off and put into the closet which I thought was kind of weird. There also wasn’t extra linen for the pull out couch but I went upfront and grabbed it. The couch had crumbs all over the mattress.. I did have to do a little cleaning before we could actually relax but there was no bugs and it was minor things.
