Pros: The location was fine. We heard no outside noise and the hallway was quiet. The shower was nice with lots of warm water. The beds were ok but the pillows were too soft for me.

Cons: We skipped the breakfast as it was an additional charge. I was disappointed since the room fee was in the higher price range.

The best choice for stay close to CVG airport

Pros: Great hotel for stay close to CVG airport. Much better than other hotels nearby. Very friendly staff and free of charge shuttle to the airport. Nice lobby, very comfortable bed, clean room and all you need in the bathroom.

Cons: Breakfast is not included in the price.

Pros: The beds are very comfortable and the staff is so accommodating and consistently friendly. The Wi-Fi and big screen TV is also excellent. Also, kudos on setting out a Keurig pot of coffee in the snack area. I used it a few times as I was preparing notes to guest on a major podcast. And being able to have items printed that I created on my computer laptop was also a plus.

Cons: Walk in showers are another favorite item for me. I would like to suggest that Courtyard adopt the free breakfast that Residence Inn has in the morning.

Great location for overnight stay close to airport, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Clean, fast check in, close to airport. Super comfortable bed. Bistro food was good for a quick bite.

I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: I was only there for one evening because my flight was delayed. I arrived late in the evening and Jessica (I think that’s her name) waited on me at the front desk. I believe she was the manager on duty. She could tell I was frustrated and tired because of my ongoing delays at the airport and she was so friendly. she even texted me once I was in my room to make sure the room was ok. She was very professional and courteous! I took their shuttle back to the airport the next day and the driver was on time and friendly.

Cons: No complaints!

Pros: Location was Great for The Creation Museum. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, and Maintenance was right there. We asked for extra towels and they were brought up. All staff at Main desk was GREAT!

Cons: The fact that there was No Complimentary Breakfast. We went elsewhere to eat. Had I realized that, we wouldn’t have stayed there.
