Decent stay

Pros: Stayed here for a night. Very clean. Comfy bed and comfy pillows. AC working wonderfully. Free parking. Toiletries were Dove and well stocked. Left my jacket and had to call 4 different times. The 4th time, my friend managed to get my jacket for me — it was still in the closet where I left it. Overall, it was a good experience.

Cons: One staff I spoke to was very abrupt. Others were nice though.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my room, the rate charged and what I got for that rate.

Pros: The breakfast included in my room rate offered a good selection of breakfast choices.

Cons: The old Viox Road address is still shown on the web and that caused some confusion in locating the hotel which now has an Atlas Road address. In addition, I was given a room with bathroom setup for a handicap - I am not handicapped. However, I did not realize this issue until I got settled into my room and, therefore, did not request a room change.

Every time I come there is no hassle about my booking I'm checked right in.

Pros: Didn't eat the breakfast but the place was very comfortable and definitely had 2 good nights sleep and will be staying there again

We would stay here again for the reasons listed above.

Pros: Parking was very convenient, it was nice to have breakfast before heading out for our day (wish the plastic utensils were a little heavier!),and the staff was very friendly. In particular, our housekeeper was exceptional! Much appreciated by us. The price for our stay was great.

Great location, clean, and with breakfast good value for the price. Already reserved a room for a trip next month.

Pros: It was clean and in good shape over all. Doors in the hallway closed quietly. And despite being close to the interstate it was quite, no noise from traffic.

Cons: Some mold around the tub, and some other issues in the bathroom because there is no exhaust fan.

Lovely hotel for very good price.

Pros: This is a third time staying in a Wingate hotel and I love it. It is friendly, great vibe, clean, and the price is a good match to what they offer. Breakfast is good. This hotel is very well located for travelers to stop for a night or two. They upgraded me to a larger room without charging extra and it is great.

Cons: Nothing negative so far. It meets and exceeds expectations.
