Fantastic hotel super close to airport !

Pros: Location, staff were super friendly and welcoming after a very long travel, biscuits on arrival were a treat for kids (who don’t get that in English hotels lol), beds were comfy and hotel was clean …… and the breakfast was fab !

Great airport stay

Pros: The shuttle picked us up from the airport and was very easy to arrange. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and tasty. My son loved the swimming pool.

Ideal location after a long flight.

Pros: Spacious room with 2 comfortable Queen beds, TV, desk, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Large ensuite shower room.

Excellent location for the airport. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Pros: Communication prior to arriving was excellent. Staff answered all questions regarding our late arrival in a timely manner.

An inviting atmosphere with good people and a convenient location.

Pros: The environment was warm, employees were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and personable, the rooms were clean (even behind dressers and under beds) and the continental breakfast was not just a great way to start the day, but an amazing opportunity to meet and speak to the other 'Road Warriors'.

Cons: The coffee. The coffee pot in the room was useless. It used tea-bag style coffee instead of pods or grounds, so once the 2 little bitty regular cups and 2 little bitty decaf cups were made, there was no chance to make any other coffee in the room, even if you had brought your own coffee with you.... and the coffee available 24 /7 in the lobby? They had coffee there, it was just always old and cold and undrinkable. When you live on coffee like I do, not having it available [when your supposed to], is a big deal and/or a deal breaker.
