Comfort Suites Dry Ridge

Pros: Was perfect for our family of 4 to use as a base to attend the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Clean, comfortable and breakfast was great. Helpful staff and good laundry facilities.

I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The hotel was clean, had a great breakfast, and overall great experience.

Cons: Pool was small.

Loved it and will stay again if in the area.

Pros: Staff was awesome. Breakfast was great. The cookies in the lobby were a sweet touch!

Cons: Just the pool being used by other hotel guest from adjacent hotel and the temp of the water was very cold to be an indoor pool.

Overall very pleasant place to stay

Pros: The breakfast was good “Linda” was excellent and very friendly and cheerful great way to start the day!

Cons: The bathroom in our room needs some repairs an updating. Faucet in tub coming out of the wall with lots of caulking visible from previous attempts to repair.

Pros: The breakfast was great! Friendly staff! Nice clean rooms. It was better than we expected in cleanliness. Great job everyone.

Cons: The only thing that was disappointing was when we checked in I told them I would pay cash. They said no problem. But when we went to check out. They had put everything on the card. Very disappointed because we got charged 2.5% plus the exchange which was $1.39 on our credit card. So it was quite expensive. More then we had anticipated to pay for rooms.

Pros: It was clean, secure, and staff was great. I really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast bar was fabulous! My son loved making his waffles! I will definitely stay there again and any of the comfort suites in!!!

Cons: Would like the breakfast time be longer like 6am to 10 am?

Nice, newer hotel. Conveniently located

Pros: The included breakfast was very good. Staff members are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Construction activity adjacent to the hotel. Parking lot lights did not activate until well after dark. Google maps doesn't know the location of this hotel. Sent us on a wild goose chase. Minor complaints. None would prevent us from staying there again in the future.

Pros: The hotel was very clean! The staff was friendly and professional! Breakfast was good as well! Dawn B. and Linda S. did a great job cleaning the breakfast area and in making sure the foods were replenished! Linda actually went the extra mile and talked to us about our day! She asked if we were going to the Ark? I told her, yes and that was our main reason for coming to Kentucky! The room was extremely clean! I could tell by looking, but it smelled clean! Sometimes when you go into hotels they smell musty and dirty, well this one did not! I've been told I'm OCD and I possibly am, but I know clean and it was just that, \

Cons: The only thing I can think of that would might be better would be the lights in the bathroom. They maybe need a little stronger light around the mirror. Other than that small thing, nothing really! I only mention that to help in the future! You all exceeded our expectations with no worries! Thanks again!

Pros: It was EXCELLENT!! food was great, variety of options was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful - all in all excellent!

Cons: would be nice to have some outdoor comfortable lounge seating and shaded areas
