Great hotel!

Pros: Almost everything. Breakfast was a very good quality. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: No hot tub in the pool Breakfast line was so crowded.

Definitely Stay Here If You're Visiting The Ark... Or Anything Else In The Area

Pros: The location is close to the Ark Encounter and several restaurants. A lengthy list of local eateries was provided at the front counter without even needing to ask for it. The room was fantastic! High ceilings, soft beds, an excellent television and warm lighting made it feel both homely and modern (in the best sense). The kitchenette was a lovely surprise as well. The breakfast was wonderful and contained so many delicious sweet and savory options. Staff were welcoming and took time to ensure you were taken care of.

Cons: The pool is really more of a novelty here. Sufficient for getting you wet, not actually swimming. Given that we only stayed one night I would not have been bothered if it wasn't there at all. Our shower door also leaked quite a bit. I had to lay a towel down outside of it to prevent it flooding while in use. I was surprised that the room only had a standing shower with no bathtub, fortunately we didn't need it for the kids on this particular night. I did find the room door rather porous for sound and was woken up several times by noises in the hallway, worth noting as I'm a heavy sleeper.

Pros: Nice staff, nice new building. Large selection breakfast

Cons: Tons of hair in pool, no hot tub was a bummer. Many ladybug-like bugs all over inside room

Comfortable and friendly

Pros: Very professional. Got a text to see if all was well. Rooms had extra items that make the room feel like home. Glass glasses, real mugs for your coffee and a nice size refrigerator

Pros: Location was excellent. Great Mexican restaurant to walk to! Ark was a very short drive. Staff was great!

Cons: Breakfast buffet was in a very crowded small walk thru room. Limited selection. No dark roast coffee.

Amazing and beautiful

Pros: Everyone was courteous kind concerned friendly to get to know my enemies I made you feel welcome and I love the silverware to China and the glasses never before have I seen that at a hotel

Wonderful stay
