Comfortable and near freeway and restaurants.

Pros: I did not have breakfast there. Liked the noon checkout. Room was small but comfortable with a couch, ottoman, microwave and refrigerator, desk chair and pull out desk top. I was on the ground floor and had sliding doors leading to a sitting area. Very modern feel to the accommodation. Friendly staff.

Cons: I was quite satisfied with everything.

Good place to stop midway between family and home.

Pros: We arrived for breakfast as the kitchen was closing. The staff member served us anyway.

Cons: Breakfast was not great. I had oatmeal. It was like glue. I eat oatmeal often. This was some of the worst I've had!

Convient location for us based upon our route and what we wanted to do in Cleveland and Erie College

Pros: Free self parking. Breakfast items were pricey and we did not eat there.

Cons: No free breakfast..!

Overall, our stay was incredibly delightful.

Pros: Every motel should aspire to be like Marriott Courtyard Willoughby. Comfort, cleanliness, service, friendliness of staff=A+ Our stay was short but very enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Marriott Courtyard Willoughby for your over the top hospitality.

Our stay was excellent, from booking online to to check in and out entire stay we were treat like amazing.

Pros: Hotel was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and will stay again!

Very comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly!

Pros: The property was quite literally spotless and so clean! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable! We got the king size room, which had a mini fridge and a microwave as well! The bed was comfy and everything was clean! I’m picky when it comes to things being clean, but I can assure you, we will be back!
