Pros: The night front desk clerk excellent. Very friendly & helpful.

Cons: Nothing except breakfast wasn’t worth $9.99….basically same as I have had at other properties for free!!

The staff was pleasant, facilities were clean and our stay was quiet.

Pros: All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Steven was exceptional and took extremely good care of us. I’ve never seen a friendlier and more accommodating staff in any of my hotel stays.

Cons: A microwave in the room would have been a welcome addition.

Pros: I felt so safe. 2 females traveling alone... could not ask for a better place to stay.

Cons: There is no microwave in the room. For the price of the rooms, a working ironing board would be nice. There is no way to get something to drink unless I go down to the lobby and pay 4.00 for a soda. Unreal I understand that the Sheraton has standards , but for the location, making it a bit more convenient to access certain things would be nice. And I did NOT like the way the gentleman was talking about the front desk clerk when I was praising the worker. very unprofessional

Clean and comfortable rooms in a nicely renovated hotel with pleasant, modern decor.

Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms, comfy bed, pleasant, modern decor. Safe area. Super nice staff. Some restaurants nearby.

Cons: The adjoining room sounded like it was in my room. I could hear her movements in the bathroom, door closing, toilet flushing, TV, and her phone conversation. Ask for non-adjoining room.
