Pros: We had a weather emergency and Alecia was immensely helpful in accommodating a request for a room close to an entrance on the ground floor, for our elderly Pomeranian to easier access the property and also as not to disturb others, as she is still quite a barker. Rooms are soundproofed enough that you don't hear all the guests coming and going as much as you do at most hotels. Providing a nice relaxing environment. Highly recommend

I had a very pleasant stay

Pros: The morning breakfast were sufficient. I loved being outside by the pool. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I stayed for six days so I hung my do not disturb sign out the whole time I was there. Three bath towels was more than enough for six days. And it’s a really nice safe location.

Cons: I think it’s a little bit pricey. In my room, there was duct tape around the carpet where it hit the kitchen area because it had failed and there was other areas of frilled Carpet. Again not the end of the world.

Excellent hotel, very clean and kept up. Wonderful staff!

Pros: Very nice property. It’s definitely one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at. Seems like an old assisted living center with very nice rooms. Well kept and clean. Excellent staff who were very friendly.

Cons: The shower could have been cleaned just a little better. A few stray hairs but nothing to actually complain about. Location to Cleveland is a bit far but that was known when booking.

Pros: Loved the size of the rooms and all the amenities! The full kitchen was a huge plus.

This hotel is a good value , great breakfast , great location.

Pros: Breakfast was nice, the woman who works in that area is extremely friendly and efficient . She made our stay memorable . Location was great.

Cons: Our room needed updates.

Pros: Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I only stayed one night, but it would have been very convenient for a longer stay.

This is an excellent place for an extended stay, with clean comfortable rooms and excellent staff.

Pros: The facility was extremely clean, the room was comfortable and fully equipped with a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans and dishes). The sitting area, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all very comfortable. The staff were excellent, and the manager went over and above to make sure we had a suite that accommodated an elderly family member. Maintenance staff were also very helpful when we needed to change temperature in the room and address a sewer odor coming from the handicap bathroom.

Cons: The exercise room was small and was not air conditioned well. The facility is close to a freeway, shopping and businesses so there isn't many options for walking or jogging unless you are willing to drive to nearby beaches and parks.
