Modern Rustic split level with balcony

Pros: Apartment was clean and comfortable. In a good location for the university. Close to amenities. Host communicated well.

Cons: Kitchen equipment was quite basic. Only 1 smoke detector, no sprinkler nor external fire escape, 3 storeys up and in a building with a lot of wood, made me feel I could be vulnerable in the event of a fire.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Comfortable and clean with good amenities. The washer and dryer were particularly handy. The property is only a 10 minute or so car ride from Over The Rhine and Newport/Covington. so everything was in easy reach.

Cons: The balcony needs some TLC as the rails are detached from the wall at one side. The area the property is in is on the edge of a deprived area and would feel unsafe walking around on your own at night.

Pros: The house was beautiful. Very comfortable and my kids and I loved it. Everything we needed was near and not far from the places we wanted to visit. The host was very sweet and answered all the questions we had.

Great spot for exploring Cincinnati.

Perfect location and beautiful space

Pros: The location of this property is perfect. We were able to visit the zoo, Findlay market and the aquarium in Kentucky that is only a 15 minute drive away. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and stocked with everything you would need minus food but the grocery store is literally maybe 1.5 blocks away. I’d rather not list this as something I didn’t like about the property because it is no fault of the owners. The AC had a hard time cooling the apartment while we were there. I blame this on being on the top floor and it also being record heat the weekend we stayed. So this is in no way a reflection of the unit or owner. We purchased a few stand fans and that helped cool us down during the evenings

Location is excellent we enjoyed the stay!

Pros: Location is Amazing if you are going to Bogarts. Not even 2 blocks away!! Its a neat split level that almost made me feel like a kid exploring it! The apartment was clean and 100% better than a hotel suite!

Cons: Only complaint the verticle blinds in the bedroom did not provide the best privacy and allowed all the morning light in.

Pros: Un lugar muy tradicional, excelente ubicación y limpio. Recomendable para pasar en familia.

A great place to stay near the University of Cincinnati campuses

Pros: This was the second and third floor of an older house that was converted to four apartments. It was charming and more than adequate for our needs. We only stayed two nights but I would certainly reserve this property again for a multiple night stay. Our host was responsive to our questions.

Cons: Really nothing

This property is a wonderful home away from home.

Pros: It’s a beautiful, well kept property in a very convenient area. It’s well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The property owner was very accommodating and kept clear communication before and during my stay.

Pros: Location was great. Apartment was quiet and had 2 separate rooms

Cons: A little tv in the 2nd room would be nice.
