Turned from dreadful to fantastic.

Pros: Aaron was exceptional & delightful. He treated us kindly with humour & respect. Sherry Lynn the next morning was pleasant & professional.

Cons: We asked to be moved from our room 215 because of the noise from the adjoining room including what sounded like a large dog barking plus the unpleasant cooking smells. Aaron exceeded our expectations with upgraded room on the quiet fresh third floor. Very impressed with him.

Pros: Great staff. Very Clean. Comfortable bed! Very nice breakfast options. And clean dining area.

Cons: Pool needs to be open longer. 8pm is too early to close it down.

Pros: This is a very good hotel in Sharonville area management Mr. Dan Mr. Akki staff housekeeping Ms. Maria were all professional and helpful. Hotel offers fresh continental breakfast which were very fine. It has a welcoming lobby where 7/24 tea and fresh coffee available. We also met the breakfast chef Ms. Shauna and she was very kind and professional making sure that the breakfast is well served. Room were clean crisp and comfortable. It is next to the Sharonville Convention Center which is very convenient as well. Definitely plan to stay here in future.

Cons: Everything was great and we got a Black Friday deal which was very good so definitely plan to come back if we catch a deal.
