Hong Kong 🇭🇰

Wonderful. Worth the stay, and would stay again if I ever come back to the region.

Pros: Great location, a short drive to Kings Island. Well-kept place, modern & clean. Staff was nice & helpful, always smiling. Gym room opens 24 hours a day.

Cons: Breakfast options were very limited. Food was gone long before breakfast time ended. Could use some more equipment at the gym or replace broken ones.

EXCELLENT

Pros: The staff were ALL very friendly Laynie, Joe, Shayna, Laynies daughter, and the chef in the kitchen. Exceptionally trained and pleasant at all times.

Cons: Small thing would be to switch up breakfast a bit. Breakfast was ALWAYS HOT and FRESH, but eggs, bacon/sausage/waffles/pancakes for 5 days for me personally was meh. And, a bit more fresh fruit options aside from bananas and oranges. Honestly, that was just a personal thing my son LOVED it. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I would definitely book again.

Pros: The room was spacious and quiet. Loved having a sitting area. Staff were friendly . Bed was comfy. The breakfast was wonderful compared to most hotels. The price was very good.

Pros: I loved the rooms ,the bed, also the size of the the room

Cons: The breakfast was not what I expected coming for a Hyatt hotel the breakfast they provided I would expect that from a cheap ran down hotel, I also didn't care for the location however that was my fault for not knowing the location of the hotel
