Great location, modern aesthetic, very clean.

Pros: Location is great with easy access to the convention center. Having a Starbucks in the lobby is extremely convenient. Customer service was excellent and room was very clean. Beds are comfy, plenty of space for luggage, and it smelled so good everywhere we went.

Cons: I can’t think of ANYTHING except maybe they could have higher quality TP.

Overall a great experience

Pros: Room attendants were great. Front desk worker Stephanie Hoskins was a great help during our entire 11 day stay. She provided excellent service and any information and help we needed during our stay. I would say she goes above excellence in her interactions with customers.

Cons: Breakfast items

Pros: The hotel does not offer any breakfast. The location was very convenient.

Great staff and beds was comfortable

Pros: The staff was very nice and understanding and the pool was clean

Cons: Checking in at 3 in the afternoon Didn't like that there is no towels in pool room

Clean comfortable friendly and they work with you if your experiencing any difficulties they give you some time to figur

Cons: Just wish there would have been breakfast but it’s still a great place to stay

Pros: Location, facility, the room I get is really large. Just minutes of walk to the Sharonville convention center.

Cons: Cafe seems under reconstruction so breakfast is temporarily not available.

Pros: I like that the pool was open and the bathroom was sparkling

Cons: I didn't like the stains on the mattress cover but I guess it happens but it still didn't bother us

Would definitely stay again

Pros: Very clean with an up-scale vibe, felt like a place that would have cost more than we got it for.

Cons: Bring your own snacks, their selection is marked up rather significantly, other than that everything else was great
