It was OK other than all what happened with the heater in one room and tv in the other

Pros: FREE BREAKFAST ..ITS AWESOME LOTS OF CHOICES AND VERY WELL LAID OUT . It's about the only thing I really enjoy about the Tru Hotels.

Cons: The heater was broken sounded like someone wrapped a towel around and baseball bat and was hammering away with it inside the heater...something major must have happened to it ..was like that the second we got in the room..man was it loud...so we had to move rooms then the 2nd room tv didn't work so maintenance came to fix ...the guest above our room sounded like they were in a marathon run with metal boots on...constantly so loud from 7pm to midnight . Insane I don't understand why people think they can act like that without knowing it's irritating to all other guests around them. Some people are just to rude ...plus the smell of Marijuana the minute we got their wasn't exactly a great greeting ..

LOVED my stay

Pros: I loved all the colours, unique layout, and furnishings as soon as you walked in. Very fun and inviting. The rooms were equally as unique and colorful. The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The building and the rooms smelled fresh. I also loved the fact that the hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel came in a large squeezable tube instead of those small plastic bottles. It's nice to see a hotel that is trying to reduce their footprint. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. There were also eraser boards by the elevators that the staff updated regularly with things like restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area. I would absolutely stay at this hotel or hotel chain again.

Excellent place!

Pros: I loved this hotel. It has everything you need. It's perfectly located right next to the highway, and there are restaurants and gas stations nearby. The hotel has a great vibe, with beautiful colors, and is super clean. Breakfast is solid. I will definitely stay again.

Cons: Not a major thing, but breakfast finishes at 9 am on weekdays. It would be great if it went over 9.30-10.
