Aloft Newport on the Levee

Loved it and I’ll definitely stay again.

Pros: The entire building is beautiful and clean. Location is perfect for exploring Newport on the levee and Cincinnati.

Cons: Breakfast should be complimentary.

Pros: Location was great for my event at the Heritage Bank Arena. I like the safety of the parking garage as I was traveling alone.

Cons: The fifth floor that I was staying on was being painted and when I got off the elevator, I was greeted with stuff all over the carpet and they continued to work in the hallway on a Sunday morning. Felt like this could’ve been done differently.

Pros: Lacey at the front desk was excellent. She went above and beyond and made my Wife's birthday very special. We asked for something small and she truly went out of her way to make us feel at home.

Pros: The allure of the Aloft is the same as the first time we stayed there.

Cons: Seems like maintenance and cleaning could be better. The shower did not drain very well. You know it was worked on because a screw was missing from the drain plate cover. The coffee maker needed flushed out as it had had severe water deposits. The towel rack was dirty and the floor was sticky.

Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We are not local and they helped us find the most delicious restaurants and fun excursions that made our visit much more enjoyable
