Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating . The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good,a lot of different choices. Also, very close to shopping and resturants.

Pros: The front desk gentleman that was working in the evening on Tuesday was excellent. Superb professionalism.

Cons: Two negatives: (1) no full size restaurant for breakfast and (2) the beds were kind of hard.

This hotel is perfect to stay a few days.

Pros: The room was perfect. The bed were comfortable. The bathroom is perfect, big and clean.

Cons: One day they didn't clean my room. I had to solicited a bath towels at ten o clock of the night.

Pros: Breakfast was as expected for a hotel. Place was clean and quiet. What staff we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Property looked well kept.

Cons: Wi-Fi sign on directions were not in the room and we struggled to connect even after calling the desk for sign in info. Linens were clean but did not smelll fresh.

Very clean, comfortable and accommodating.

Pros: Breakfast hours and food selection was great! Enjoyed free cookie upon arrival. Very personable staff who were engaged in making sure we were taken care of. Breakfast staff were having fun while working and kept food restocked. GM, Zenia greeted guests, made sure we had everything we needed.. She offered to get refills and asked about our stay. Cleanest place throughout.

Cons: Outside light shining into our room. Would have been nice to have a blind or shade to block.

Great place to stay in Columbus. Good distance from our destination.

Pros: Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Coffee was available in room. Plenty of towels for us to use. I like the shampoo/body wash available in shower. Great shower head.
