Clean efficient hotel with very expensive pet fee and average breakfast

Pros: The location was great. The breakfast was average. Could have had healthier options.

Cons: The $75 pet fee was extortionate. Discussed with others who travel with pets and this is much more expensive than other chains. This fee will likely prevent me from choosing thos chain again. I also posted the high cost on pet travel sites to warn others.

Pros: Good location. Not enough staff to keep food fresh and restocked. Several hotel visitor's had to rummage through cabinets to find condiments, or more cereal. By the time staff came to fill, many of us had already scraped the last of the eggs, sausage, and oatmeal that was available at the time. Overall, great breakfast if everything had been available a little sooner.

Good stay, clean and good value for money.

Pros: Staff were friendly and accommodating for our needs. Allowed us to extend the check out time which was very helpful. Assisted us to resolve a couple of issues. Rooms clean, but no room service. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the waffles.

Cons: We didn’t have a tv remote in our room, but staff provided one when we asked. The microwave plate had been replaced and did not turn which made it difficult to reheat food. Otherwise no problems.

Pros: breakfast was typical for the this type of accommodations. Wish there was a microwave in the room and a ice machine on the floor.

Cons: Lack of microwave and ice machine on the floor even though there was a sign that there was a sign that stated there was.

Great place to stay

Pros: Wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and spacious . The bed was comfortable. the lift uncomplicated . The front desk super friendly . One of the best hotels we have stayed in

Nice place with friendly staff.

Pros: The property was clean and it was in a great location. I got the reservation for my parents and they had a little trouble with the TV in their room but Kai, who was working the front desk was very helpful.

Despite the problems with breakfast, the stay was good, comfortable, and served its purpose.

Pros: What I liked was the comfort of the bed in my room! Hampton Inns have the most comfortable beds of any hotels I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately, the breakfast, which is usually excellent, was subpar this time.

Cons: The breakfast was not very good. This was uncharacteristic of what we have grown to expect from Hampton Inn. The scrambled eggs were powdery and bland. In fact, neither my wife nor I could eat them. We noticed other guests at breakfast making similar comments that morning as well. Also, there were no waffles available that morning either. It was disappointing.

Pros: I would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable hotel and very kind staff.

Cons: Air conditioner was noisy, sounded like it was blowing plastic bags around.

Pros: Restaurant nearby was great--Kitchen Social. The area of the hotel is upscale & that's really good.
