SpringHill Suites by Marriott Columbus Dublin

Good choice of hotel in excellent location

Pros: Great location within walking distance of the heart of historic Dublin. Good sized queen suite - easily fitted three people once we figured out how to pull out the sofa bed. Lovely staff, especially Maryama and Charmaine. Maryama sorted out our issue with the fact that the Booking.com description of our room was incorrect - it is the queen suite that has two double beds and a sofa bed, not the king corner suite. Charmaine was very helpful when our plans changed.

Cons: The only criticism we had was of the breakfast - not much choice, no salad or vegetables, no pancakes, only one kind of eggs, no cheese.

Pros: Breakfast was great and had fancy touches like blueberry compote and oatmilk. Super clean.

Cons: You have to park in the parking garage and walk to the hotel.

Pros: Im not very familiar with Dublin area,so i was very surprised when we got to the hotel. There's a nice community to walk around outside. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Very nice location

Cons: There's still building the community. The view outside our room was a dumpster & port-a-potties( that was the ground view)

Cons: Very noisy people above us. However, I called front desk and they were very quick to take care of it. Appreciated that very much. They got noisy again later but finally went to sleep.

Pros: The location is in perfect walking distance of everything we wanted and needed after a long day at the Columbus Zoo.

Pros: Excellent location within walkable distance to several restaurants, sweet shops, bars, bowling, coffee shops, arcade, etc. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons: Wish there was a pool but that’s me stretching for something

Pros: The hotel was great, but the Ac wasn’t working and it was 76 in our room night and day! Was so hot to sleep. But otherwise the hotel was great
