Pros: New building in a quiet location, within easy reach of points of interest. Having a guarded parking was an important bonus. Lobby, games room and fitness were well maintained.

Comfortable stay with some deficit.

Pros: Very new, modern and spacey accommodation, free parking included.

Cons: Despite the claim to have the pool available, it was still closed when I left end of May. Very disappointed as the pool was one of the reasons for booking this place.

Cons: Tanto a o ralo da pia do banheiro como o ralo da banheira estavam entupidos desde o primeiro dia. Bastante desagradável. Eu mesmo tive que desentupir o ralo da pia do banheiro.

Pros: The location was excellent. Pool was very nice. Apartment was comfortable

Cons: I had to open my car door to get out of the car to use the key fob to get in and out of the parking lot

Well appointed, safe unit in an excellent location

Pros: Great location. New, safe, pleasant building. Nicely furnished unit. Large kitchen, well equipped. Great TV and cable system. Building is staffed in the daytime -- very helpful. Beautiful outdoor pool, which we enjoyed. Good bathroom with excellent shower, water pressure, and draining. One of the best bookings of this type that I have experienced.

Cons: A lot of communication was needed to clarify directions for keys, codes, etc. but Mitten was prompt in replying. I did have to call once at night, and though I was helped appropriately, the call sounded far away and fuzzy, probably Bangalore, and the person helping me had a heavy accent, so very hard to understand over long distance. More hooks and surfaces are needed for belongings; huge walk in closet, but unit needs dressers so people can unpack into drawers. We had to bring our own hangers; unit supplied none.

We would stay here again.

Pros: The apartment is located near the heart of Cincinnati, minutes from the zoo, ball park, and other attractions.

Cons: We didn’t receive instructions on checking in until after we had arrived and requested them. Thankfully, the owners responded within 20 minutes with clear directions.
