Pros: Great location, kitchen had what was needed, plenty of room and good value

Pros: The location was very convenient to downtown and the zoo. The price was very reasonable for a two-bedroom place. The two separate rooms allowed my friend to have her own place. It was charming and surprisingly spacious. Pretty clean for the age and the area. It is always nice to have a door code so we don't have to worry about meeting an appointment time to hand over the keys, in case there is traffic. The host is very responsive and even when I called with a question. It offered many amenities, including a washer-dryer in the basement, coffee pods, towels, rags, and more. There was, surprisingly, a working baseboard heater in the larger room, if that tells you how old the apartment is, yet the AC/Heating unit worked well and quickly.

Cons: The parking area was tight, given that it was street parking. I got boxed in both nights, and whenever I parked my car, I parked farther down the street because the spot in front of it was taken by what seemed to be a broken-down car. Maybe this was just Cincinnati behavior. The neighborhood can be a little bit sketchy and smell earthy, but you are exposed to that anywhere. The door can be challenging to latch if you don't pull it tightly when you lock it.

Pros: Nice place with a lot of space, host was very responsive when needed, would stay again.

Pros: Convenient location, close to highway and downtown. Had everything we needed for our stay. Clean and comfortable.

Pros: Everything was there if I needed it, extra trash bags, rags even ice trays!

Cons: the door was having trouble locking at first, we finally fixed that.

Cons: Some facilities are a bit dated — for example, the bathroom door is slightly hard to close, though it wasn’t a big issue. There’s also no dishwasher, so dishes need to be washed by hand.
