Modern/ parking/Eden Park/near Downtown/ FCC

Great stay overall.

Pros: Good location. Lovely home. Very comfortable beds. The wifi was fast. Nice bathrooms.

Cons: Some suggested improvements: We had to look everywhere for towels and then found them in the dryer. It would be great if they were out and available. Washcloths and floor mats for the bathrooms are needed. It was hard to find pans we could use on the stove because the pans were non-stick but chipped and in terrible condition. A set of stainless steel cookware would be a great help. The house seemed clean except for some of the tops of dressers (like in the first room to the left) that were covered in dust. The ice machine did not work in the freezer. Complementary laundry detergent for a load or two would be nice. A vacuum we could access would be helpful .

Great location, great value to explore Cincinnati

Pros: Easy access and private parking. Well appointed and comfortable.

Cons: Fireplace wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a big deal.

A perfectly placed, modern, comfortable home for us to take our son to visit colleges.

Pros: Wonderfully appointed and clean, and perfectly located between U of Cincinnati downtown and Xavier in Norwood. Nice little coffee shop less than 5 min away too.

Highly recommend. Lovely place to stay .

Pros: Spacious place! Neighborhood was so quiet and we were able to relax after a long drive. Loved the big main bathroom. Great communication with owner. We were able to check in an hour earlier at the last minute .

This was the perfect comfortable convenient stay.

Ladies getaway weekend concert

Pros: True to photos-comfortable beds, spacious well-equipped kitchen ( even staples like honey, oil, salt/pepper, coffee, tea, hot chocolate), beautiful bathrooms, nice zen decor, creative, relaxing outdoor garden where sat in sun even though chilly. Nice to sit on front porch and await rest of group. Washer/dryer in unit. Even landscapers smiled and paused weedwacking till we walked down drivewày. Very considerate. Location close to Eden Park, OTR and Heritage Bank Arena.

Cons: 4 of 6 towels folded onto beds were big, fluffy and soft. 1 was the missing bath mat and 1 small and thin enough to be a bath mat so we short a towel, or 2. No washcloths or hand towels? I get washcloths as many use net sponges but 6 ladies all hitting bathroom within minutes of checking in led to hand shake air drying. A roll of paper towels in each BR would work. We put half sheets of paper towels from kitchen into bathrooms.

Who dey

Pros: The place was clean and comfortable! Close to the Bengals field for the game on Sunday. 2 1/2 miles away. I would definitely recommend staying here! I know we'll come back here next season for sure.

Cons: There wasn't anything to complain about!

Wonderful place, quiet neighborhood, great location

Pros: This property provided plenty of space and even though we didn’t use it because of the cold weather, the backyard entertainment area is neat. It has a great location close to good food

Bang For Your Buck

Pros: We loved this place! Modern feel and decor. It was so clean. The master bedroom and bath are exceptional! The beds were SO comfortable. They even have robes and slippers for you when you arrive. Location was perfect and check in was a breeze. If you get a chance to stay here, Do It!

Cons: Maybe add an ottoman for feet in living room but otherwise perfection

Best place to stay

Pros: The location and the house was immaculate and comfy. The house was very clean. The owner was nice and friendly.
