Lakefront at decent price

Pros: Lakeside location, friendly staff, lots of outdoor activities, great for families with young kids.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better, nothing but carbs and sugar. Extra charge if you wanted a microwave or fridge in your room. Very small TV. Hot tub in strange place, had to climb into it to close window blinds, difficult for older people.

Great place to stay with families!

Pros: Beautiful location with many activities for families. Our room was clean and staff are very friendly.

Cons: There was a family group of 150+ staying in the cottages. They took over the pools on the property. Call first to see if large groups are staying.

Pros: The staff was great. They were friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The property was an excellent location and had great views. You could get to most places on Marblehead and Danbury within 15 a minute drive.

Cons: The bed was not comfortable. It was too firm with little cushion on the top. The breakfast could have had a few more choices for gluten restricted diets.
