Pros: The rate is always competitive in the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: The coffee was good, but the to-go cups were really small. I usually like ice with my coffee and there is never ice near breakfast. When I walk down the hall to the ice machine, I discovered it was out of order.

Pros: The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful. Breakfast was acceptable, coffee was good.

Cons: We were only there overnight to a concert so we didn't make use of most of the amenities. The selection at breakfast could've been better but it was acceptable.

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, everything worked. The breakfast was good everyday. I had a wonderful stay there. No problems. I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again next time I travel to West Virginia.

Pros: Clean, updated, comfortable. The breakfast was very good and much appreciated. Every staff member we encountered was professional, helpful, and friendly.

It served my purpose

Pros: breakfast was ok, location was close to everything I needed.

Cons: The bathroom needs updated. The shower was pitiful, couldn't keep the shower head up high enough to rinse off or rinse my hair. The toilet seat was broken, but I managed.
