Why did stay there, but there was a room available I will stay again

Pros: I had a small problem. I let the front desk know and they took care of it immediately. Nice job, front desk.

Comfy but rushed

Pros: The place was clean and I was able to get a smoking room, easy check in and the room was decent size and very comfy and breakfast was included.

Cons: I didn't like that the person in the lobby wasn't in there both when I arrived and when I was leaving I had to wait 10 minutes when I got there but I waited 45 minutes to check out because no one was showing up at the desk, the eggs and sausages weren't fully cooked but the rest of breakfast was good even though there weren't any drinks cuz the machine was out, I didn't like that the room service didn't have someone who could understand us should have had at least one of them know English but we got our message across in the end but we felt rushed either they didn't understand what we were saying to them cuz he sed no speak English but kept coming back so we felt rushed to get out when we were trying to take our time it was our vacation trying to relax not be rushed out. I also didn't like that we got a smoking room and there was no ashtray next time if I'm wanting to return, I know bring my own.
