Quality Inn Defiance

Pros: Stay was good, clean room. They never came in and cleaned our room nor emptied trash or replinished the towels. That was the only bad thing about our stay.

Pros: The staff was awesome. They were always greeting us. The breakfast was top notch.

Pros: The room was very clean and the breakfast was nice and the eating area was very clean and the staff did very well keeping it stocked for everyone to eat. They also gave free bibles (full size)

We always stay here when visiting my brother. It's always been nice and clean.

Pros: The breakfast is always fresh and warm. Rooms have always been clean and fresh. Beds are comfortable.

Cons: Housekeeping forgot to sweep out the desk chair, it had crumbs all in it. Everything else was great.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. We. came to visit our kids, and our grandkids spent the night with us. We made use of the pool, and we all had a great time .breakfast was great, and the lady who works breakfast was sweet and friendly.

Cons: The front desk clerk ( female with different colored hair ) wasn't very friendly. She acted like she didn't want to be there. On our second day, we ordered pizza, and we asked her if we could eat in the breakfast area. It was 8 of us, and there wasn't enough space in the room to eat there. We told her we would clean up after ourselves, and she said yes, but she came across very rude. At one point, she slammed the door to the front desk shut. After we finished eating, we moved the tables back into their place. We wiped down the tables and made sure there was no food on the carpet. My son asked her where he could put the empty pizza boxes, and she, again, was rude when she told him there was a dumpster outside.

Pros: breakfast was sufficient and waffles were a hit! Location was convenient close to entrance close to parking. Mptel was close to hospital where we came from out of town to visit family member.

Nice for what we needed bed was comfortable it’s a old hotel but very clean we had no complaints

Pros: I liked that it was by everything rather it was a grocery store or fast food to a restaurant
