Great location and a great price!

Pros: Breakfast was great. Room size was perfect. Location was excellent, over the bridge to Point Pleasant or down the road for Gallipolis. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Needs better cleaning policys

Pros: We liked the idea of your dining room but fish was to greasy, we could not eat it

Cons: The cleaning was not very good. The bathroom door was dirty, the vanity door hinges had at least 1/8 inch of dirt on them and very dusty inside. The frig had NO shelves in it and the bathtub did not drain properly. The Napkins in dinning room were worn out

Pros: Great location, great workers. My husband uses a rollator after a stroke, and we git a nice room, ground floor, across from the door to go outside. He was very happy

Pet friendly and reasonably priced

Pros: The price is cheap and hits a good stopping off point when we travel back to visit family. The front desk staff was friendly both when checking in and when leaving. The price is right. It is very reasonable.

Cons: We had no complaints, but it is a budget motel. So don’t be expecting anything to spectacular. It’s comfortable and cheap.

Pros: Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but I feel could use some more options. Great water pressure in the shower. Love that they are pet friendly with no size restrictions.

Cons: Rooms could use a good bit of updating and modernizing. The bathtub did not have a stopper so taking an actual bath was not possible. Rooms are a little on the small side.
