We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean.

Pros: The location was perfect. Right next to many restaurants and a convenient store and just down the road from downtown Huntington. The staff was very friendly. Especially the lady working the front desk when we checked in. I didn't get her name but she was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: I would've liked a list of restaurants that delivered to be in the room

Pros: The STAFF. Hands down fabulous. Check in workaround was handled smoothly. Had an issue with cable we thought was because we didn't know how to use remote correctly. Called the desk and the gentleman came to our room to help!!! Turns out some kids had disconnected to hook up a gaming console ( typically) , so he reconfigured. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet despite being very near the college.

Pros: I liked that it was close to where we were going. The staff that checked us helped us when we got lost trying to find the hotel. And was super friendly

Very friendly staff, Jimmy at the front desk is wonderful and very helpful!

Pros: Easy to find, close to a mini mart and chain restaurants, the pool was warm and breakfast was good.

Cons: The last night our keys stopped working and they had to manually let us into our room, and told us that they would drop off keys once it was fixed. We never got the keys back. Other than that it was great.

Great location, excellent value

Pros: location near the Tri-State airport is great. There are a few restaurants and a gas station within easy walking distance of the hotel and that was very nice for a weary traveler. Room size was very generous, bed was comfortable, shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, etc) was very nice.
