The hotel was clean and staff were nice

Pros: It was clean and affordable. Staff were friendly.

Cons: The breakfast had no fresh fruit

Pros: I was the only one there and the staff was super nice.

Cons: Bathtub was healing a bit.

Okay for a one night stay.

Pros: Conveniently located. Hot water was great. Good water pressure.

Cons: Dirty carpet in the hallway. Breakfast choices were limited. There wasn’t any bread for toast, just bagels. The hard boiled eggs were cut in half and stored with the bagels and mini muffins, not refrigerated.

Convenient and Budget Friendly

Pros: Such a convenient location! Some TLC needs done BUT - it’s in a safe location, everything functions and let’s be real - we are all coming here cause we need something budget friendly. It’s not a 5 star aesthetic but the customer service is incredible!! They accommodated my need for a first floor room and were so welcoming when we checked in later that evening.

Cons: Breakfast is definitely a struggle, everything is cold. But Starbucks is right beside the location

OK stay for he price.

Pros: Breakfast was not that good. The French toast was a very thin. Only had beagles with sesame seeds on it. No induvial milk cartons most places have a little carton of milk. No fruit. I would have been better off getting breakfast at Bob Evans or McDonalds. I understand the hotel was to keep the cost minimal, but the breakfast is a joke. Most hotel will over eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles and fruits and yogurt. The muffin was a joke.

Cons: Breakfast selection. The TV could have a sleep button on the remote. A listing with the channels could be provided,

Pros: Great location, clean rooms with fridge and microwave and a pool!

Cons: Could've been more towels.

Pros: We always love staying here for the convenience of the location, comfortable rooms, friendliness of the staff & pricing!

Cons: Other than some more in depth cleaning/dusting our stay was great!

It was a good stay for a couple nights

Pros: It had clean room great customer service good breakfast

Cons: The trash around the dumpster and it had a fruit fly in my bathroom sink

Thank you it’s very pleasant and was perfect our weekend shopping trip got the holidays.

Pros: It’s close to shopping which is why we traveled to Ohio. This is the second year we stayed at you hotel

Cons: The only thing was the water when taking a shower was not real hot.

Pros: It was clean and people were friendly. No elevator though
