Top value Motel

Pros: Approaching the hotel may be a bit misleading as you have to pass an almost deserted strip mall, but once you are around the corner you see the place This was the best value for money deal in my entire trip in the North East. It has an indoor pool, complimentary breakfast and well appointed rooms. Conveniently located next to the Interstate it is well worth an overnight stop.

Pros: They welcomed our 2 well behaved Labrador Retrievers. Great location

Pros: The basic overnight function for a stop over was provided. The room was adequate with chairs and table. It was clean and smelt fresh.

Cons: Walking up the outer access stairs - smell of urine. Noisy kids as they ran up and down the corridor late at night, not respecting others. Weekends is highly used by families for the pool. Weekdays may be better. One room was very tormented by road noise, the window frame was bent. Room door seals not fitted, thus corridor noise heard No hot cooked food offered for breakfast.

Pretty good overall

Pros: I liked the fact that they have hot breakfast and not continental breakfast, I liked the pool area very nice and clean, I liked the cleanliness of the Hotel and the staff was friendly.

Cons: There were very noisy neighbors that kept me up one night all night. There was no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase and bags up the stairs which was very difficult, the location of the Hotel is not so good due to the fact that there is not much around the Hotel as far as restaurants or entertainment.

Pros: The front desk guy Mike, was very helpful, and respectful. Make you want to come back.

Pros: The staff and the comfort. Michael was great as usual and always gets me laughing when I check out.

Pros: It was beautiful and comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small.

Cons: The timer to turn the tub on. It is dangerous! Even getting out to reset it after a while.

Baymont in Monroe Michigan is a very nice hotel

Pros: The staff was very very friendly. The guy at the counter was super helpful. And the hotel overall is VERY CLEAN. And the heated pool was great. I will DEFINITELY be back to stay.

Cons: Loved my whole time staying there.

Will come back to stay again!

Pros: The gentleman that worked the front desk was exceptional and very polite! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Monroe!

Cons: My only complaint would be that there was a gap in the hotel door of our room so it seemed like if someone wanted to see in the room, it could have been possible.

Pros: Michael was very friendly and efficient when I checked in and answered all my question without me feeling like I was bothering him. It was extremely pleasant stay. Thank you.
