Holiday Inn Express & Suites Monroe by IHG

Location easy on-easy off from highway. Hotel clean and staff was friendly

Pros: Staff friendly. Layla at the front desk was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Shower in bathroom showed its age a little but otherwise was very clean. Plenty of hot water. Nice to have small fridge in the room. Very pleasantly surprised to see a Keurig coffee maker in room. Very nice touch.

Cons: Breakfast was okay, but not spectacular. The sausages were nice and fresh and obviously not leftovers from previous days. The plain omelet was good but would have liked to see cheese in it too. Not much fresh fruit to choose from. Despite all that, it was good.

Pros: All the front desk personal were amazing friendly and helpful

Cons: Pool could of been warner

Pros: The reception business both in the morning and at night were wonderful.

Cons: Hot tub was dirty

Pros: The Keurig took about 4 tries to bru a cup of coffee and the A/C was not that cold but we had a nice time. Our bed was comfy and the room was clean.

I had a great time.

Pros: We had a beautiful pool to swim in and a beautiful hotel room

Cons: We struggled to check in to the hotel because they couldn’t find the records for our reservation

Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location right off of the interstate but not so close as to be noisy. Plenty of convenient parking. Tasty breakfast with lots of variety and plenty of protein.

Cons: Common area floors could have been cleaner (room was spotless though). Had to maintenance issues with the room - mgmt appreciated my reporting. Not within walking distance of food.

Great stay would stay again.

Pros: Very clean staff was great. Had an issue with a smoke smell called front desk and she got it taken care of immediately. Great service.

Cons: The parking was terrible it’s fishing season and lots of trucks and trailers

Good place for money

Pros: Beds were comfortable & breakfast was very good, nice variety and everything was fresh & hot

Cons: All rooms were marked non-smoking but room and hallway had distinct smoke smell, which was a bit off-putting

Pros: Breakfast bar was excellent! The person kept it full & clean! All the staff at front desk were excellent as well.

Pros: Shelbi, at the front desk, did an exceptional job at meeting all of my needs!

Cons: Fox News needs to be made available in the rooms!!
