Clean and friendly, well refurbished and good price

They stay was nice.

Pros: Check-in and check-out was really smooth. My biggest concern is always bugs. I'm was extremely happy that there were NO bugs! Everything was great!

Cons: There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Pros: The service provided by the owner. AJ is the embodiment of great customer service having taken it upon himself in ensuring that I had more of transportation to my location. Minor ordeal that made a huge difference

Cons: shower heads are the only minor complain, but one that can easily be resolved. Other than that, this is the small type of hotel that does what it takes to take care of its tenants

Pros: I don’t understand the bad reviews. I hear the service can be bad, but who cares you are here for a budget Inn. Im not looking for someone to stroke my ego. The man who helped me was very nice and accommodating. I enjoyed the low key and minimalist aspect of this property. I chose to stay here because all i wanted was a clean bed and a tv for cheap. Thats exactly what you get and nothing more. The property was very clean and put together. It seems like they keep up with all of the repairs and make sure everything is looking good. I liked all of the potted plants around the outside of the office. Also you can quickly walk to Taco Bell, Burger King, Speedway and other places as they neighbor the property.

Cons: They could use a better vending machine and ice machine.

Conveniently located: Burger King next door… Bob Evans within 2-3 minute drive.

Pros: It seemed recently remodeled. The shower, sink, and toilet all looked new. I’m sensitive to smells. Upon entering the room I noticed a disinfectant smell, strong enough to smell clean but not so strong as to cause my eyes and throat to hurt.

Cons: By he middle of the night the disinfectant smell was beginning to bother my eyes and throat a little.

Pros: Consistently quiet nice room close to a lot of shopping friendly staff stayed there a few times never an issue

Cons: Shower head could function a little better

Value for money.

Pros: Great value for money - good location, clean rooms and linen, comfy bed, and responsive front staff.

Cons: The only improvement I suggest is having a proper place to put the soap while showering.

Pros: It is an older facility, but was very clean! Great price too.

Cons: I would have liked a coffee pot & coffee in the room, but that wasn't a deal breaker. There's a Taco Bell & Burger King right at the parking lot.

Pros: Good staff, plenty of places to eat rooms are clean

Very affordable and felt safe traveling alone. Room was clean and close to festivities going on that

Pros: Owner or manager was very nice. He was very accommodating by allowing me to get into room sooner with available room because I got into town early for the festival. Very personable and enjoyed my conversation with him.
