Wonderful place to stay

Pros: We went to Chicago and stayed overnight, looking for an affordable option with good reviews, I must say that everything is really at a very good level. The room is clean and cozy, a large royal bed with a comfortable mattress, lots of towels and shower accessories, everything is clean and fresh. The staff were very kind and helpful! Thank you very much!

Cons: The floor was clean, but for some reason the shoes stuck to the floor, I can assume that this is a floor cleaner.

It was a very nice stay as always

Pros: The parking lot is very roomy for us to pull in with our trailer

Charged twice but they fixed it

Pros: Nice staff , was charged twice and they fixed it let's hope it goes to my bank in reversals. They are remodeling and everything is going to look awesome when they are finished because what they have did looks great. I totally approve the carpet is beautiful I love it.

Cons: Bring charged twice and having to go through the process of getting it back in reversals It was a hassle I've stayed there many times and I believe this is the third time it attack has happened to me so I hope whatever the problem is they get that fixed because I can't be the only one that's happening to so I do feel bad about that but other than that everything was great We had a good time staying in the area I love it and Grayson.

Pros: Great staff and very friendly. I enjoy the stay.. Close to restaurants and anything else you would need. The area is quiet at nite and the hotel is as well. Lots of free parking. I'll be back next time I'm visiting the area.

Pros: Staff is very welcoming and they tried everything to helpe. Room was ok and no elevator in this hotel but we dealt with it . So close to everything and the area is safe to go out at night. This was a good trip. Thank you staff!!

Cons: I was doubled charged.. I booked through booking . Com and paid online and when I was signing the hotel papers the hotel charged my card as well.. I brought to their attention but they couldn't do anything they said call booking. com and I did I'm still dealing with with it and still the hotel nor booking.com m has reimbursed me yet. so I'm really disappointed that I was charged at the hotel it was so quick that I didn't know I was being charged at the hotel until I started signing papers and she run run the charge and my bank sends me a text and tells me that so much was taken out of my bank account and I look to see who had text me and it was my bank and I told the girl I already paid on mine at booking.com she said wasn't nothing she could do that I need to call booking.com which I did. I just want somebody to pay me back cuz I was double charged so either the hotel or booking.com owes me for two nights and I need that money and I don't know why I've got to wait so long to get it back in my account. That is crazy..

Pros: My stay was great. Bed was comfortable,room was spacious and clean

Pros: Breakfast good. Biscuits could have been cooked a little longer. I like mine brown. The location was just find for us. Right off & then right on the interstate.

Pros: Room was large and clean, decor was very nice. Everything in the room work. The staff was very friendly Breakfast was decent, I never had chocolate waffles before - that was a bit different
