Hampton Inn Ashland

Pros: Room clean, comfortable bed and pretty good breakfast. Good value

We enjoyed our stay second time we stayed here for family reunion. Will stay here 2 years from now.

Pros: Breakfast was great on time at 0600am. coffee good

Pros: The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good.

It was an overall nice place to stay and will be staying there again on our trips to and from VA

Pros: The location was far enough off the interstate it was quiet. There was a Walmart directly behind the hotel which was convenient if needed. There were plenty of places to eat within 5 miles of the hotel and the breakfast was good.

Cons: Two rooms down from ours, someone left their shoes outside their door and the were stinking so bad that I smelled them as soon as we got off the elevator and the smell was still there faintly the next morning. It just smelled like sweaty, nasty feet although thankfully the room did not smell that way

Clean comfertable with a fantasic staff.

Pros: The room had a great layout. The workstation was well lit and had enough room to work. Tracy was the night manager. I have never in all my travels met a desk manager so pleasant to work with.

Cons: Nothing really.

Top choice in the tri state area

Pros: The room was great, clean, and had tons of thoughtful touches like a wireless charger, extra pillows, shower amenities, etc. I was very impressed by this stay.

Everything was perfect!

Pros: We have stayed at this location a few times, and we have always been happy! Our room was spotless, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and it was very quiet! The front desk staff was very pleasant, even though she was working on a holiday! Very pleased, again!

There is an Indoor Pool....FYI

Pros: Clean, comfortable. Front desk, Brian, very pleasant, professional and helpful. Would stay again if in the area.

Cons: Didn't see any mention of an indoor pool there; we would have brought swimsuits if we had known. We were there for a softball tournament and the girls would have enjoyed the pool immensely!

Cons: The pool needed more attention and the mattress and pillows was not as comfortable as past visits. But still was a amazing stay

Coffee great & staff even better.

Pros: That we were close to the lobby and I could get tea and coffee anytime. The front desk and breakfast area staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Cons: The large handicap accessible shower I specifically chose and reserved was not in the one we received, not sure why but we made it work. There was only one regular coffee in the room but two decaf, who drinks decaf!?
