Happy Stay at Holiday Inn Ashland Kentucky!

Pros: The General Manager Kristin and the front desk welcomed me very graciously! The staff was warm and friendly. The hotel property and my room were extremely clean and satisfactory. My bed was super comfortable and the tub and shower was clean and spacious. There was also plenty of hot water which is a must! I did not get a chance to swim, but the pool water and pool area was really clean and inviting. I did use the guest laundry and was pleased. I felt that the property and parking area was very safe. The location was perfect, my company will be doing business with Holiday Inn Ashland, Kentucky in the future!

Pros: You breakfast bar was very excellent, Had everything a person with won't and more

Cons: I do not think you could do anymore to satisfy the customer.

Overall it was really good.

Pros: Excellent morning breakfast ~ Best we have seen.. Longer hours of operation. Nice indoor pool.

Cons: No fan in bathroom. Only 1 chair in double bed room with 3 adults. No freezer compartment in fridge.

I felt at home safe clean and affordable

Pros: Outstanding breakfast friendly staff and clean eating / dining area

Cons: Wish we could go back to daily room cleaning I know this is a staffing issue but it would be nice to come home each day to a made bed clean room

We stay here anytime we come to Ashland.

Pros: Even though they are redoing rooms on the first floor, the hotel was nice and clean. The room was very very spacious and had plenty of room for us two and our dog.

Great place to stay

Pros: Best free breakfast I’ve had in a while at hotel. Everybody was friendly and the rooms were very spacious and the whole facility was super clean.

Cons: The indoor pool was down for cleaning the 2 days I was there.
