Hampton Inn Bowling Green

It was ok

Pros: It was just ok while I was there.stuff did not work half the time it was ok.

Great stay (all things considered)

Pros: Clean room, clean hotel (inside)! Great location! Super friendly staff!

Cons: There was some confusion with my payment through booking.com and I had to call them to sort it out (which was super easy and only took a couple min). And the outside of the building looked terrible! Almost sketchy enough to not stay there!! There was a sign inside that said they were under renovations but my son said it had looked like that since he was at BG (3 1/2 yrs!).

Great place to stay, just noisy.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional.

Cons: I was awakened by some very loud banging and it shook our room. This last on and off for 10-15 minutes. I have no idea where it was coming from as we only had 1 room beside us and 1 above us. It was about 1:45 in the morning and I put on my shoes to go down to the lobby, but thought I should record the sound with my phone and then it stopped. We could also hear the people above us. That is the only reason I didn't give a 10 star rating.

Pros: Wonderful rooms. Shower with toiletries was a bonus. W they had more caffeine packets of coffee though not a problem they do have coffee available in the lounge. Conpliment breakfast was really nice. Dogs welcome and the place is still very clean and smells great. Very impressed. We would deffinately stay again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Cons: Only one caffeine coffee but not a deal breaker.

Pros: It was nicely updated and very attractive. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and also updated.

It is my hotel of choice when I visit Bowling Green

Pros: Location is great. close to campus and the downtown area.

Cons: Other guests in the room above or beside me were loud until close to midnight. It sounded like they were wrestling, with lots of thumping and yelling.

Great stay for the value and staff was very freindly and helpful

Pros: Breakfast was great. Everything was always stocked. Great variety of breakfast items hot and cold.

Cons: Alot of things were under construction so no restrooms available downstairs and only 1 elevator. Other than that it was a wonderful property!!

Care for customer

Pros: Ease of check in Room was very comfortable Bed was comfortable My vehicle broke down and I needed to get it towed Sunday morning and had to work out new transportation home. The front desk was very helpful in allowing me a later check out as I worked out new plans to get home. Thank You for caring

This is a very good value.

Pros: The location is very good. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. A pleasant experience from check-in to check-out.
