Best Western Falcon Plaza - Bowling Green

Pros: We were given an upgrade to a suite which was unexpected and lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons: The price was a little higher than previous years.

Pros: This is a lovely hotel. We stay here every year on our way home from Florida. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is fabulous. It is very clean and comfortable.

Pros: It was a lovely property, friendly staff, clean rooms, hallways, lobby. Breakfast had lots of good choice

Cons: There wasn't any garbage can outside on McDonald's side for our use.

Pros: Breakfast was good and location was excellent as we have a student attending BGSU. The air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool and was running almost constantly. Beds were comfortable. TV was really good with lots of channels.

Cons: The hotel did seem to be a little dated even though it had a recent upgrade. Air conditioner system did not work well.

Overall very good for the money

Pros: The staff were professional, The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. The gym was ok.

Cons: The rooms smelled like cat which seemed to go away as we got used to it and I still had a good nights sleep. I think the breakfast could be improved with more vegan wholefood options

Pros: Friendly staff! Clean and spacious rooms! Many amenities! Double sink outside of bathroom made it nice getting ready with an additional person.

Cons: A/C unit was super loud. Tv randomly turned on in middle of night but wasn’t a big deal.

Cozy, comforablbe and welcoming.

Pros: Check-in was flawless, the staff were very solicitous, all questions answered, coffee, tea and water were offered while we waited for final check on room readiness to ensure everything was perfect. Breakfast was great, food was excellent and variety of offerings exceeded most hotels we've stayed at.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Fuss free stay. Breakfast is good.

Cons: All good. The hotel is what it is....
