We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended the Vistula Rose to friends. There are many excellent r

Pros: Great building. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast and friendly host.

Cons: We didn’t realize that the property sits at the edge of a very impoverished neighborhood with many derelict buildings. This didn’t pose a problem, as it is an easy and safe walk to the revived center of Toledo, but it was a bit disconcerting as we drove around searching for the property.

Gorgeous!

Pros: Gorgeous old home with a wonderful and generous innkeeper. Patrick brought lots of color with him to every breakfast!!! He was also incredibly kind, offering breakfast to our friend who came to pick us up. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Cons: It is walkable to downtown, but driving the opposite direction makes it clear that this area of Toledo is currently undergoing a lot of change.

Toledo's hidden gem

Pros: Very close to downtown, in a beautiful period house. Breakfast was exceptional it also has onsite parking. The rooms are beautiful as you'd expect from the property.

Cons: Nothing really, I would have to really nit pick to put something here.

An interesting 2 night stay.

Pros: Our host Patrick and his very tasty amazing freshly cooked breakfasts that were enormous.

Cons: The location of the property. We were at the point of driving away when we turned up because of the appearance of the property from the outside and the street in which it was located. House could do with a really good deep clean.

This is a delightful place to stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Pros: Patrick, the inn keeper was welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient and the facility was unique and inviting.

Cons: The breakfast was more than adequate. Would have preferred simpler and if staying again would request that.

Pros: The welcoming has been friendly, warm, and informative. The host did everything he could to make us feel at home. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing. And the historic house is worth seeing.

Cons: We are not carpeted floors lovers, so this was a little bit of a downside for us, but it is just a matter of personal taste.
