Pros: good location, street was narrow and jammed with houses, but neat and clean

Cons: if you have MOBILITY ISSUES (elderly, bad knees or hips, etc), DO NOT stay in an upper unit. To get to the door, you have scoot sideways down a fence line against protruding bushes, the front steps to the door are up 3-4 really steep concert blocks, and then you climb up the steepest set of stairs I’ve ever encountered. BEWARE in case of a fire, there is only one exit from the apartment and that’s going back down those steep steps. the only other way out from this second story apartment is jumping off the balcony

Pros: Location was perfect for walkable stay in Little Italy.

Cons: The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. So if you plan on trying to relax in the living room, forget it.

Great value, clean unit with on street parking, would stay again

Pros: Great location for access to Cleveland Clinic and CWRU. Good dining options within walking distance. Easy on street parking in front of unit. Cold filtered water in the fridge. Powerful AC kept the unit comfortable. Very clean and I had no difficulty with my allergic asthma.

Cons: Towels in the bathroom were a little scratchy. Bed creaked but mattress was very comfortable.

Worth it would definitely go again

Pros: Great location from Cleveland originally but never explored little Italy like that. Inside I nice & clean & AC was working magic while it felt like 95° outside

It was such a relief to stay at such a cute place in a nice area in a place like Cleveland. Very close to Cleveland Clin

Pros: It was in a very safe area close to many good restaurants and we could take a walk without having to worry abt crime. So many friendly people with pets in this area.

Cons: The stairs were a tad steep just be careful. No biggie though.

Perfecte plaats om tot rust te komen na bezoek aan de stad.

Pros: Prima gelegen in een rustige straat vlakbij de levendige Italiaanse buurt en het rustige Lake cemetery. Leuk terrasje aan de noordzijde. Technologie perfect ingepast in typisch Amerikaanse woning.

Cons: Zeer moderne keuken maar zonder kookpotten. Was natuurlijk niet noodzakelijk met zoveel restaurantjes in de buurt.
