Mid-Century Modern Retreat in Little Italy

Pros: Spotless clean , cozy apartment with everything you need for a great stay!

Perfect spot to stay and walk quickly to many restaurants for spectacular choices to eat from breakfast to late evening.

Pros: Was very close to where we needed to be while in town

Cons: The parking is tight but expected in this type of neighborhood.

Pros: Loved my stay here.. it was not a pleasure trip and spent most of the days and evenings at the hospital. It was so nice to come home to this cozy apartment to relax and unwind. Great location and walking distance to many restaurants. Delfina was wonderful and very accommodating. She was always willing to help with whatever you needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay in Little Italy - 100% would recommend!

Pros: My stay in Little Italy in October - November 2025 was outstanding, the place superseded my experiences by a great deal. Delfina was an excellent host and provided an extensive list of recommendations for a first time to the area - whenever I messaged her via the app she responded very promptly and was incredibly informative! The kitchen was fully kitted out with coffee maker, dishwasher, two very large washer/dryer, cooker, large fridge etc - was really excellent. Would recommend 100% - Little Italy is a lovely place too, plenty of places to eat - Tremont Athletic Club is a five minute walk and issues weekly passes if required!

Cons: Everything was very good.

Comfortable pleasant stay in the heart of Cleveland

Pros: This stay is cozy, comfortable, and homey. All must-haves (utensils, cooking supplies, toiletries, extra bedding) provided and in nice condition. The host was very easy to communicate with and kind. The location felt safe and was directly near the very lovely neighborhood of Little Italy. It is just over 1 mile from the Cleveland Clinic (approx 12 minutes depending on traffic). My mother with back issues had no complaints about the bed! Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. (:

Insgesamt ein schöner, wenn auch kurzer Aufenthalt!

Pros: Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und hatten die richtige Größe. Die Küche war außerdem gut ausgestattet. Man hat sehr einfach zur und in die Unterkunft gefunden.

Cons: Das Bad war etwas “gebastelt” und hätte mehr Ablagefläche haben können. Dass man mit der anderen Einheit hintereinander parken musste, war etwas unpraktisch.

Pros: Great location. Interesting neighborhood with it's own unique charm.

Pros: Nice. Convenient to Little Italy and surrounding areas. Comfortable. Off street parking. Owner was nice and helpful.

Amazing value and ideal location with a home-like feel!

Pros: The location was ideal for our trip, graduation at CWRU. It is walking distance to many restaurants/eateries and a short ride to campus (or 15-20 minute walk). The apartment was in great condition! Very much like a home away from home, comfortable, well maintained, and stocked with every bathroom (and kitchen) amenity you could need! Owner was very easy to communicate with and obtain the door code once we arrived.

Cons: While this was not an issue for us, the parking can be a potential issue. Off street parking on this street (and in this area in general) is very scarce. The house's driveway is long and narrow, so you can locked in by other guests renting a room in this house. Fortunately for us the owner was able to arrange contact for us with the other guests so that we could arrange parking in the driveway without any issues. Otherwise, there is nothing I did not like about our stay.

Very reasonable $ and comfortable home to stay in vs a hotel room.

Pros: Wonderful accommodations. So much better than a hotel room, and less expensive. We stayed here 2 nights due to medical issues at the Cleveland Clinic. Less than 10 minutes to travel back and forth. Nice having a full set up; Kitchen, Living Room, Bedrooms, Laundry, Bathroom vs just a basic overpriced hotel.

Cons: Off Street Parking was available on the side of the house, but I chose to park on the street since the driveway was shared parking, and we needed to leave very early for the Cleveland Clinic. There was also lots of construction on the street that limited parking, but otherwise great location!
