Pros: Front desk was very helpful. Wanted 1st floor, but unavailable. Room was available next day and we were moved. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Driveway was finally fixed and driveable

Great clean value for an overnight stop over

Pros: The location was right off of 50, so if traveling that road I would highly recommend the location. The room was very clean for a budget hotel. The parking area was heavily pot holed so be aware if you have a low frame vehicle, but that was the only issue.

Cons: Road and parking area are heavily pot holed.

The room was much more equipped and comfortable than I had hoped for.

Pros: The location was perfect for me. I had reserved the room for the price, and the room was much nicer than I expected. Also, there is a nice resturant right next door with excellent breakfast.

Cons: I have no complaints.

A little older with exception of value and service

Pros: This hotel is a little older and could use some new updates, perhaps, but my room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional, friendly & always helpful.I highly recommend this hotel if you're in Parkersburg, WV

Cons: There was nothing to dislike or complain about. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and I received 4 days of exceptional service, quality and comfort.

Cons: My only complaint was the heat was turned low so the room was cold but it warmed up quickly.
